Senior Golf Vacations

Golf websites, brochures or travel agents can help in choosing your golf vacation as a senior. This a great way to relax whether you are a casual player or play on a regular basis.

Traveling to play a few rounds on new courses is as attractive to senior golf pros as it is to amateurs, and consider a package deal which includes the hotel stay, some rounds of golf, and maybe a lesson or two from a pro.

Senior golf has no upper age limits, the more rounds you play, the more you learn about club selection and getting tips from all the new people just like you who you meet on your travels. Find a course that offers new challenges to your normal game.

Many resort hotels have their own course, which makes booking tee times easier. Be sure to ask about the best times, when the pros may be about and offering instruction, and if you know the right times to book a round, you may even find yourself playing alongside some of the worlds best players. This would really make it a dream vacation.

Being a senior usually allows you to choose where and when to travel, so you may like to consider your vacation to be around the same time as one of the major competitions. This will give you the opportunity to watch some of the greats in action, learn from observing them, and maybe even meet or play with some of them, all things are possible in the world of golf.

There are so many great and exciting courses to choose from, and the Internet will help greatly in finding you a course. If you Google Championship golf courses, the results will tell you where the top pros hang out.

Having toured several courses, you may find you can rent or even purchase a condo near or even on the course itself, so while playing a round or two on each of your visits, always note the surrounding residences, and by making inquiries, you can possibly enhance your next visit to each course by booking somewhere withing walking distance of the greens.

If you need help in choosing your Senior golf vacation and find Championship golf course hotels with their own golf course, start with Google then brochures from travel agents.
